Description: This project is a semi-detached block designed to be constructed in two phases.

Phase 1 includes a two-bedroom apartment, a ground-floor piloti, and a roof terrace.

In Phase 2, an identical apartment will be built, and the roof terrace will be elevated by one level.

Both phases have been meticulously planned to ensure seamless integration and consistency in design.
