Description: This project consists of four identical apartments designed for four sisters, split into two interconnected blocks. The blocks share a spacious underground area, as well as a common entrance and courtyard. A small bridge connects the first floors and roof terraces of both blocks, offering seamless access between them. The roof terrace boasts panoramic western views, allowing residents to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the hills of Montparnasse in Nicosia. The perforated façade, crafted from precast concrete blocks, is a bespoke feature that provides a unique screen of privacy while enhancing the building’s aesthetic.
